SE (UK) Ltd was formed in January 2003, by the directors, Brian Cole and Joanna Tye, to meet an increasing demand, for secure escorts from Local Authority Social Services and Youth Offending Teams throughout Britain. As a company we have earned a professional reputation for the ‘safe management’ and ‘secure conveyance’ of young persons, many with challenging behaviour.
Staff are professional, caring, uniformed (where appropriate), physical control in care (PCC) and first aid trained.. They are drawn from a wide range of backgrounds, including social work, police, Prison Officers, nursing etc, with an emphasis on employing people with maturity and life experience.
SE (UK) Ltd has a comprehensive Staff Vetting process and training program ensuring that we maintain the highest possible standards. All staff are Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) cleared to Enhanced Level.
The majority of our staff are trained to YJB custody officer level standards.
We use Youth Justice Board protocols, as a standard, on ALL escorts.(Criminal and Civil)
We have full and comprehensive Public, Employer and Vehicle Insurances. ( All specified)
We deploy Male / Female /Mixed Escort Teams.
